MO HealthNet helps low-income individuals and families get healthcare benefits and long-term services and supports for those who need them.
MO HealthNet is the name of the Medicaid program in Missouri. Healthy Blue is a health plan that serves MO HealthNet Managed Care members. We help coordinate and manage your healthcare.
Who’s eligible?
You or a family member might be eligible if you:
Live in Missouri.
Meet income and resource guidelines.
Are in one of these groups:
- Pregnant women
- Individuals age 18 or younger
- Low-income individuals and families
- Former foster care youth
