Healthy Blue is a managed care organization (MCO) that provides MO HealthNet Managed Care benefits for eligible kids and adults.

Once you are approved for MO HealthNet Managed Care, there are several ways to change to Healthy Blue as your MCO:
- Visit the online enrollment website.
- Call the MO HealthNet Managed Care Enrollment Helpline at 800-348-6627 (TTY 711) Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central time (except holidays).
- Mail your completed enrollment form in the prepaid envelope to:

Your primary care provider (PCP)
Yes, if your primary care provider (PCP) is part of the Healthy Blue plan. If your PCP is not in our plan, we can help you select a new one. You can also choose or change your PCP online by logging in to your account.
You can change your PCP at any time. To find a doctor in your area, use our Find a Doctor search tool. Then, log in to your online account to change your PCP. You can also call Healthy Blue Member Services at 833-388-1407 (TTY 711) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time and we can help you.
If you change your PCP, we will send you an updated member ID card. But the change will start right away.
No, you can see any doctor in your network without a referral.
Your member ID card
You will receive your Healthy Blue ID card in the mail within five days from the date we are notified of your enrollment in Healthy Blue. Once you receive your ID card and set up your online account, you can view, download, and bring a copy of your member ID card online. Then you can download the Healthy Blue app to always have your ID card with you.
If you go to the doctor’s office without your member ID card, you can tell them you are with Healthy Blue. The doctor’s office will call us to verify your information. You can also view your ID card on the Healthy Blue mobile app. Do your best to bring your card with you to every appointment.
If your member ID card is lost or stolen, call us right away at 833-388-1407 (TTY 711). We will send you a new card. You can also print a copy of your member ID card from your online account.

Notify MO Department of Social Services in one of these ways:
- Go to DSS online and log in to your account.
- Call the Family Support Division Information Center at 855-373-4636 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday.
Your behavioral health coverage
Yes. You do not need to see your PCP before getting behavioral health services. If you need help finding a behavioral health provider, use our Find a Doctor search tool or call Member Services at 833-388-1407 (TTY 711) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call our 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Line at 833-405-9088 (TTY 711) for help. f you are in danger or need immediate medical attention, call 911 or go to the emergency room even if it not in the Healthy Blue network.
